Here at Preformed Windings we not only specialise in high quality coils, we are also the fastest coil manufacturer in the world. We understand that when a critical machine fails every minute counts, and that is why we offer both ‘standard’ and ‘emergency’ lead time options on all of our quotations. We can offer emergency lead times of 7-10 calendar days, depending on the number of coils and the complexity of design. We will even split deliveries allowing our customers to begin the rewind process as quickly as possible. The fastest set of coils we have manufactured was a set of 74 coils in 56 hours (over a weekend) – an extreme example but an indication of the lengths we go to support our customer base.
We provide 95% of our quotations on the same day we receive the enquiry, and don’t worry, we can provide a very accurate budget quotation based simply on nameplate details (voltage/speed/power). Our manufacturing facility is specifically designed to manufacture coils very quickly whilst maintaining our high quality standards, and we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
