Our Process

Six Stages of Precision

Each stage is designed for maximum quality control and traceability throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

Design & Engineering

Our in-house engineering team uses 3D CAD/CAM and FEA software to design coils optimized for your specific generator or motor. We work from your drawings or develop custom solutions from scratch.

Copper Bar Processing

Raw copper bars are precision-cut, bent, and formed using CNC-controlled machines to achieve exact dimensional tolerances critical for proper stator slot fitment.

Coil Winding

Automated winding equipment produces multi-turn coils with consistent tension control. We handle Roebel bars, diamond coils, and form-wound configurations.

Insulation & Curing

We apply resin-rich insulation systems rated for voltage classes up to 27 kV, and produce VPI-ready (green) bars and coils for customers running their own VPI process.

Quality Testing

Every coil undergoes a comprehensive suite of electrical and dimensional tests including hi-pot, surge comparison, tan-delta, and partial discharge measurements.

Finishing & Shipping

Coils are fitted with end connections, semiconductive coatings, and protective packaging designed for safe intercontinental transport.
