Congratulations to Preformed Windings’ very own Shaun Crawshawe-Elsey, who won two British Powerlifting Federation Awards at the British Championships over the weekend!
The categories that Shaun took part in were the deadlift and strict curl – under 90kg Drug Tested Male Open Raw (unequipped).
Shaun is passionate in this field, and all at Preformed Windings are proud to celebrate his success as a community.
