Preformed Windings Prepare to Support European Clients After Brexit

With the Brexit date fast approaching Preformed Windings have put an actionable plan in place to ensure that they are able to support current and new customers in Europe after Brexit.

Preformed Windings have worked hard with their logistics partners to ensure all government guidelines have been implemented. And, that all possible steps have been taken to mitigate measures in the event of a no-deal Brexit – but we hope a deal is found.

Guidelines Met:

  • Economic Operator Registration Identification Number (EORI) has been confirmed for ourselves & our logistics partner.
  • EU customs declaration documents have been clarified and the process of lodging these electronically in advance has been put in place.
  • The Common Transit Convention (CTC) option to simplify the passing of goods through customs has been explored.
  • VAT & Customs Duties training completed.

James Stevens, Sales Director, said, “The Preformed Windings team has been and will work tirelessly to ensure that their European customers experience the same level of Quality, Speed and Service that the rest of their global customers benefit from”.
